I signed the contract. It was a good choice.

Thank you Vinistonemoss.

It's very difficult to leave a destructive context. The environment tends you make ou feel bad, the environment tends to make you feel that you are bad. So you begins to be very fragile, and how will you reunite the energy to survive there and look for an other place?
I needed help, strong help which helped me find the energy and confidence to leave. Then it took time to recover. Destructive contexts are difficult to leave.
I changed job then again and now i'm in a quieter place.

It's nice to know you're on the right track!

You wrote that your bubble was fragile, at the beginning of the thread, do you still feel the same?

Interesting question.

When i began the thread, i felt particularly fragile. The professional context was very destructive and i couldn't take distance.

Only medical stop allowed me little by little to take distance. When i changed job, during about one year my first preoccupation was not to burst into tears in a bad moment.

I feel globally more quiet now, although i sometimes have insomnias or feel worried for things that, thinking about it, are not that important.

Good to know that it got better after you changed your job. How is the new one? Are you still working there? I must say that I also struggle in my professional environment. What do you think is the best profession for sensitive people or people who dislike socializing?

I LonelyMe,

Yes i'm still working there. It's good environment for me.

There is some security in contract, goals are quite clears, I can work in my bubble and have some contacts with colleagues in globally positive atmosfeer

I'm sensitive and quiet, but i don't fit criterias for avpd, although i relate often to topics in this forum. I don't dislike some socialising, mainly 1-1.

What i don't like in this place is noise sometimes. It's ok until suddenly i feel overwhelmed.

Hi

For some reasons i have to spend time in contexts that are really difficult for me.
When i'm back home i can't recover i can't sleep.
I wish i was able to rebuild my bubble and relax and sleep.
I need to find some way to recover.

Maybe doing something good to me. Or praise myself for the job i made. or just writing what happens, to take distance. i wish i could sleep.

have you some advice to feel better?

Have you some suggestions of ritual? Maybe dance, walk, something magical... when you get home and need to relax m
