Your comments helped me a lot. I had an interview for a new job today, but i was overwhelmed by issues in my actual job and couldn't relax myself.
So i did a lot of walks, tried to eat sane, talked to some people that i like, did a little meditation (mindfulness) to arrive more or less relaxed to the interview.
Skyflyz, the problem in my job is that i'm in total confusion on what i'm supposed to do, but the (new) manager told me that i was responsible of confusion, myself. It's kind of reverting responsibility. I can take distance intellectually, but it's difficult emotionally.
NoM8s, do you mean that they didn't allow you to do meditation??

I have other little techniques. Like writing or drawing for instance, very freely. Or in a crowded place, look for a quiet corner. Or eat some sweets, which helps me very temporarily.
