Job performance evaluation time

I can always start going home complaining of migraines like one girl did before she said take this job and shove it. Or foot cramps -I actually do get those a lot and I limp around work really bad. It's worse than my normal foot pain. Oh yeah - it is a unionized workplace. But the union only takes the side of people who deserve to get fired as far as I have seen. I have publicly trashed them many times. So I don't expect any help from them if the $#%^ his the fan.

Differences? You mean in how he treats different people? If you aren't 'normal' people tend to treat you poorly. It's the rule of the jungle. Weed out the weak!
