Hi,
My son is 22 and has been diagnosed with ADHA from the last doctor he visited. Prior to this doctor, there was nothing doctor that has given him a different diagnoses all together. I understand that mental illness is difficult to diagnose but it leaves on so frustrated and confused on what to do to help.
I am new here and have read many posts however, I cannot seem to find a post that speaks of anyone`s experiences in taking natural or herbal meds to help with ADHD.
If there is anyone out there that has tried the more natural approach in dealing with ADHD, can you please comment.
Thank you
Paula

Thank you so much for the information...very much appreciated. Upon all the research I have done and am doing you are right, it is all about trial and error. Of course, this causes frustration but one has to do what they need to do and hope that a solution is found.
I quickly went through the website you shared and noticed that 5-htp was listed. For some people the 5-htp has worked. Any thoughts or information on 5-htp you can share?
