PAY ATTENTION!!

I have ADD and Anxiety and take Ritalin XL 20mg per day and Klonopin .25 mg 0-3 times per day. The Klonopin is perfect, as long as I don't forget I took one and take another too soon! The Ritalin started at 10mg and worked well then not so much. Now up to 20 which was good for a bit but I think I may need a small increase. I generally take the ritalin around 8a and was thinking of maybe another 5 mg later in the day. What do you other ADDers take and how do you think it is working?? I would really appreciate some feedback...thanks guys

... lol.. bueller... I say that all the time when i get no responses. Haha. I wish I could help you but I myself was JUST diagnosed yesterday actually and i go to my appt. for the meds tomorrow. I don't know how i will do on a stimulant... do you take the ritalin with the klonopin at the same time? I used to take xanex way back when for anxiety, now I just take hydroxyzine as needed for the anxiety. Anyways sorry I am not more help here...

I take 10mg adderall regular release 4x a day. I am not a fan of extended release at all.
