Its completely free and it takes maybe 10-30 minutes to complete, its actually pretty good. YOu receive a report in your email and you get lots of suggestions how to improve. Take your time and answer all questions. You might perhaps also visit teh clinic, BUT remember its an american clinic and therefore private and therefor expensive.
