Intuniv for adhd..

Anyone have any experience with this? My son's new psych put him on it today. His current diagnosis is adhd, odd, ocd but we believe he may be Asperger's. We're going to set up full spectrum testing. He's currently on Abilify. She just decreased it from 10mg 2x's a day to 1 10mg a day at night with the Intuniv. I read mixed reviews of it online, but most of the negative reviews were from people taking it with another adhd drug.. It was only approved for use for adhd in Sept 09..

Great! He's only been on it for a week now. He seems to be overly tired mid-morning and in the afternoon.. Once it gets in his system real good, will that ease up some? He's still having 'episodes' where he'll throw himself down and scream when he doesn't get his way or if you make him mad, but not quite as often. School starts here in 2 days and I'm really concerned about him re-adjusting..
