I agree with Ravine. It's not a blood test or anything that hurts. It's not like a test in school where you can fail. The one my phyiatrist gave me yesterday is just 10 questions like "How often are you distracted by things going on around you?" with five choices from never to very often. The first time when I was a kid I don't even remember. I think my mom just talked to the dr about my school work and things.
