I'm an adult, in BP treatment, ADHD dx but never believed this, or took it seriously, then again I am not really in the adhd generation (it did not hve a name then), but I reached bottom and am trying to learn how to live better., one of my bigger life problems is getting things done, I tend to have lots of ideas, hundreds of them, and have a hard time turning off the noise, sitting /standing /walking and doing one thing, making any progress, finishing anything. ADHD medications are not recommended for adults where I live, and not a good idea given the BP treatments.
I practice meditation which is some help. But I would like to hear how adhd people get around to doing things when the mind is off the wall, when I have too many things to do, and my efficiency is about 20% at best.
