A company well suited for aspies skilled with computers

Postby Nerd » Fri Mar 16, 2012 8:36 am

Hi

I just wanna tip you aspies about a potential job you might get if you live in the right country and also
fit the criterias for the company.

There are work to create such jobs which are specifically designed for aspies.
You search around. Think you can find a few and Specialisterne are one of them. Perhaps the biggest and best.

They recruit aspies who are good with computers. Many aspies seems to be so.

Check it out.

Here are some general traits that are essential for such computer jobs and many aspies have them.
However, this is usually to a well above average degree.

I think you need would need at least 120 in IQ to work in companies like Unicus and Specialisterne.

The traits:

- logic
- analysis
- intense consentration (some might usually have poor focus, but might have have superior focus when it comes to computers)
- focus on details
- precision
- organized and systematic approach to solve computer problems
- also you should have responsibility, reliability

If you have many or all of these traits then you might fit in and do well.
Most traits can also be trained, but you must have some natural traits for sure.
Some aspies do extremely well and can fix problems that no other can and often much faster.
