A lot of people here help me a lot with coping with life on a daily basis. You guys are like my therapy and you mean a lot to me. Thank you all so much for your understanding, your openness, your sharing and your time.
I am even gonna meet one of these people who will visit me in January and I am very thankful for this community andnthe support. Don't know how I did it without you. Even on a bad day coming here and reading and posting makes me feel better. And my husband, who doesn't know much about Aspergers started reading here and it helps him understand too. I can't even express how helpful this place is.

I'm happy for you Goodgirl. Glad this place has helped you, I think that's what it was meant for. I'm not sure that my own comments have helped any since they tend to be all over the place but there are definitely some well thought out and brutally honest posts on this forum (sex dolls comes to mind, brutally honest part anyway). I'm glad you found a friend here too. You guys should consider gathering up some of the other people on this forum who live in so. cal. for a get together. I'd bring the weed but I'm not in so.cal. :(

I actually only lived in so cal for this summer, I am from Germany and live in Berlin. The visitor is from Finland.

And yes, you definitely helped - with serious thoughts and also just by making me laugh when I didn't feel like it.

And petrossa, that award isn't easy to earn so accept it with pride. not that it means anything but I hope it still means something to you and the other regular posters who've brought change to my life.

Nothing more rewarding then seeing we did something that improved someones quality of life. It's already bad enough you have to live in Berlin

Berlin: Grey, cold, concrete, traffic.
Prague otoh is THE most beautiful, atmospheric town i ever lived in. Pity the smog there makes your eyes water and your throat burn. But 10 eurocent for half a liter of good beer made up for it.

Depends on where you go in Berlin... and Berlin in the spring and summer is beautiful.
Hamburg is way more beautiful but then again Berlin is far more exciting.

It's hidden very well, I didn't see it for a very long time either. But in case you read my post about how thankful I am and how helpful this place is: You were included in that. :D
