The use of a museum is...um...to show people like your good self that there is a continuum from simpler things to more advanced things. To give perspective. To wallow in history and marvel and fantasize.

Or to show support to the given group: Holocaust victims, indians, gays, car enthusiasts.... whetever. There is a penis museum in Iceland. Like you collect similar things togther so that people with similar interests can go there and feel included or that the nation or people have a history and can go there and feel all nationalistic or something.

Or maybe to display all the things that the given nation has conquered (the British Museum). To display how our country is better than your country, cause our museum is bigger.

Or to spend excess money on, like seems to be the case with your eyesore.

i am not that impressed with ancient craftsmanship. Arty things are a waste of time imo, have no function and don't add to the advancement of the human species.

Hmm, I was thinking something more on par with that of the industrial revolution; not a primitive tea kettle. That multistage turbine is quite remarkable though; a testament to what can be made when cost is not a primary factor; much like way back when quality labour was cheap. Most things built today are of such poor construction that I seriously doublt it would even last a few hundred years from now; in contrast to the equiptment seen in museums to which many are still working examples.

...but then again Im not at all surprise that you dont see function in artsy things; after all your the man who builds clever projects with all of its guts hanging out because you fail to use enclosures, wire ties, crimp on connectors, even dare i say wire nuts rather than just electrical tape?

Functionality is what counts  If it works it works. Why spent hours beautifying something that won't work any better for it?

This is now the latest design of the soapdispenser, setup in the basement due to female intervention :( hence the rather desolate tiling.

In other words useless. Thanks for supporting my case. The museum is btw a gift from a swiss collector, cursed be his name for all eternity, who died before even the first stone was laid.

The other thing that will help you with socializing is to be very good in your profession. People seek out talent people and tend to overlook personality. People who are good at their profession or interest are seen as eccentric rather than weird. BTW your English is very good.

It's too bad most people don't know how beautiful Bulgaria is (including the women  ). I visited there many years ago as a child. I love Bulgarian folk music and the choir is one of the best in the world.

Hello estario.

You might wanna look at this tread:
asperger-syndrome/topic77177.html

Not saying you can "cure" AS, but this notion that the brain is very plastic is more and more accepted around in the scientific community, but even there and especially generally most people think of the brain is hardwired, static, not capable of regenerating, producing new brain cells or change.

But the revolutionary new dogma now challenges this aging doagma. Its pretty much like changing the dogma that the earth was flat. Cause its actually round.

The brain is a static machine. Its actually more like a dynamic muscle.

In relation to that you say you wanna be loved and happy.

Check out these:

asperger-syndrome/topic77627.html

These dools are mostly meant temporarily, at least for me. They could perhaps help.

bostonbruins77 wrote:I have exercised aerobically for the last twenty years not sure if it directly helped with AS .Personally, I felt the exercise took on another dimension[in regards to helping with AS] when I combined it with meditation.I do a walking meditation, daily after work to unwind and could not function if I didn't get my daily dose of it.

So what did you discover?

Another dimension?

Were there any social aspects that improved with exercise and meditation?

Do you notice changes in empathy and emotions with meditation?

Cognition? Memory? Focus, reasoning etc?

So you exercise a lot.

I wanna ask:

Have you noticed any changes/improvements in the following aspects with exercise?

- Focus
- Cognition like reasoning, problem-solving, planning, descision-making, spatial abilities, and other mental abilities like concentration, memory and more
- AS symptoms
- Empathy
- Self-image
- emotions
- social ability like eye-contact, social reciprocity, conversation, communication, gestures, facial expressions etc

Here you have a list of cognitive abilities:
http://www.sharpbrains.com/blog/2006/12 ... abilities/

And also everything you can remember that improved or changed when you exercised. Its not always easy to know if exercise did cause these improvements, but anyway just mention as much as you can
...........

I look extremely forward to hear your answer.......

Well the survival rate of alpinists is way lower then average so maybe you won't have to worry long  Hardly a day goes by over here when they don't have to lift a corpsicle from some mountain top.
