Milk in a big way. Gives me horrendous eczema. Took me years to discover and rendered my childhood even more miserable. Had to wear silk gloves since my skin was riddled with pustules.

Only discovered it by chance.Since i stopped drinking milk never had eczema again. Needless to say no treatment imposed on me helped. Even had my hands irradiated quite often. While that helped temporarily it totally destroyed my cartilage.

I'm intolerant to milk. Might be intolerant to gluten but still not 100% sure.

Wheat, corn, cheeses, sugar and several other foods cause strange reactions (I thought these reactions were due to diet and blood type) though I cant say if it is an allergic reaction as I have never been tested...

I have a few issues I cant say Ive attributed to anything... perhaps a bit of research may be in order...

Nectarines, peaches, bananas, melons - make my throat itch and nose tingle like I have to sneeze.

Even apples and pears sometimes.

Milk but for some strange reason it is causing a lot of havoc to people nowadays.
Gluten.
And also too much sugar makes my face tingles. That's why I avoid candy at all costs.

Always has. About 80% of the worlds adult population is lactose intolerant. Only in the west we became somewhat tolerant due to Milk Is Good programs. Which were mainly to advance the consumption of it for monetary reasons.

Mammals aren't supposed to drink milk after a certain period. Nature didn't want offspring to pester their mothers too long for milk since it saps energy. So after a certain age the enzymes to digest milk stop being produced making you quite ill if you drink it so you stop suckling.
