Vayne,
I was also easily angered but I think that mine was borne from stress. Indirectly, what causes your anger? The direct cause for your anger is your family 'sparking you off' but the indirect cause will be more interesting to figure out.
Anyway, when stressed, it was hard to consider the thoughts of others. However, I discoverd that my anti-depressant had a calming effect on me and once I was placed on it I could more easily handle difficult situations.
Kevin.

Well that's a hard question for me to answer it doesn't take much really.I won't go into it with too much detail, but i have like certain obessive habits and when they do something that disturbs them it just irritates the life out of me.Also when i do something which is mean or aggressive,if they were to stand up for themselves and talk back i will take it further and i would never back down from a arguement until i have "won".Basically i can turn alittle thing into a war.

im not sure i can turn aggressive, but i do get angry when people disrupted my schedule, or change something, when i was younger sometimes i could get over excited, get demanding for attention, become annoying and end up feeling like breaking down, but i think i cope abit better now :(
