If you think you have AS you should go see someone who is specialized in AS for a correct diagnosis, you don't need a full complete history for this, and even in some places it's free (at least where I live (Argentina)).
I have diagnosed AS by a professional, the freaking out, breaking of bones, getting excited easily, are not common in AS people, but all the rest of the things you talk about are common. In my case, I share with you the social difficulties, actually right now I am making a list to buy things at the store and I'm already getting anxious/nervous/stressed.
I had trouble sleeping until I started to take care of my diet and do excersize.
I don't have an obsesive personality.
I am not depressed. I never freak out.
But that only means that AS people are not all exactly the same. Consider also that you may be both AS and Bipolar.
