Postby asaadsda » Sun Mar 02, 2025 11:59 pm

My psychiatric crises are attacking people, objects, food in any way and throwing food, if I have psychiatric crises from playing video games, from not playing video games, from watching anime, from not watching anime, from playing video games other than the ones I want to play, the video games I want to play are some of the ones that don't hurt the minds of the oldest possible people in this classification: " Entertainment Software Rating Board ", although I agree to play any video game that does not harm the minds of people of any age according to the previously mentioned classification, as long as it has as many combat moves as possible and the combat is controlled by a character and is a combat in a 3d scenario, in real time, If I have Asperger's, bipolarity, 30 years old, I am male, I need to gain 10.1 kilos to reach my ideal weight and if I suddenly have psychiatric crises if I eat in times when I do not eat in the schedules that are healthy for me to eat, whether I eat a little, moderately or much later than I should eat, what is the least boring, according to what is deduced that I like to do, according to what I said that if I don't do I get psychiatric crises, what should I do to self-control my psychiatric crises?

I'm sorry that you haven't received a reply to your question. I think your questions might be better directed at a professional, or those involved in your care. There are no professionals here at Psychforums and people can only post from their own experiences.

I would ask that you don't copy past the same text over and over- it's something we don't allow across the forums. I have removed the extra copies in this thread. You are more than welcome to vent your thoughts further in the thread, but I do think that you need to ask the people involved in your treatment what would be best for you or ask them to help you come up with a list of activities to try that are specific to you. The activities that work for me are quite possibly totally boring and irrelevant to you. And also helping you work out what your specific triggers are.

Everyone here has different things they like to do- video games and anime might be your thing, but it's hard for anyone else to jump in and suggest what activities are best- they can only really comment on what works for them.

I hope you can find the answers you're seeking. Please keep yourself safe.
