Clothing issue

Postby ogr » Tue Dec 26, 2017 2:23 pm

I know this is a issue to many. I would like to know what can and what can't you wear?

Any suggestions for what shorts to wear out? I wear pajama shorts found here https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B018K3HSTE/ ... qAbPFWHZQF

I have to have all labels cut out.

Ideally I would wear a comfortable suit, but at £300+ each and no reason too, I can't do it everyday bases...

the only item of clothing that i really have an issue with are socks. i have to wear full-length socks, preferably wool. i don't like man-made fabrics in general. and i don't wear shorts at all. i prefer cargo pants, for the practicality.

Oh wow, I don't think things like socks as mine are always cotton and only have a problem when wearing socks in bed... in fact I can't wear any clothing in bed...

What are cargo pants, I wear loose it boxers?

cargo pants are fairly loose-fitting trousers with flap pockets on the sides just above the knees. they're so named because of the 'cargo' that can be carried in them. the 'pants' bit is, i think, an americanism.

yep, pants, to me, would mean underpants - two nations divided by a common language!

I have issues with clothes too.

Cotton clothes are a must for me.

I have to wear underpants (underwear) inside out because the seams iritate my skin so much. And I buy the comfort band styles, they have no elastic touching your skin around the top.

I have to buy shirts with no tags or carefully cut them out and pull the little left behind peices from under the stiching.

And my socks can not have a square pattern in the cuff it has to go straight up and down or else my ankles get irritated.
My friend wears her socks inside out because the seams bother her.

My socks don't have seams. So never had a problem with it.

Are there cotton shorts? Nice and light, I can't find any than I can wear in public. I am also irritated by elastic too.

Yes I buy cotton shorts at Wal-Mart or Sears or Target. Not sure if those stores are near you.
Unfortunately I don't know what particular brand they are since I cut the tags out of the ones I have. Some of the ones I have are very light and not too tight. I like ones with drawstrings because I can adjust them just right.

I find them in the exercise clothes. I am a girl, but I remember in school the guys had cotton shorts for soccer and football practice and for gym class.

You might be able to find some online searching for 100% cotton shorts or 100% cotton exercise or gym shorts.

My only problem with getting different shorts, I don't want to look like a "chav"

I have hard enough times trying to look, act or sound strange, as people somehow know I am vulnerable, in supermarkets people deliberately walk into me with their shopping carts. Children stare at me like they see something...

These are the shorts I currently wear
