My family freak out when i daydream I lose myself inside myself (medication makes it worse) they have to hit me to come back as it were, it's almost like my soul is trying to leave me, I paralyse breathing and heart rates drop (due to medication) but I have no control over it.

Maybe that's not daydreaming...

they really shouldn't be hitting you. if a paramedic did that kind of thing, they wouldn't be a paramedic for much longer. as for medication, anything that's making you comatose can't be good for you. some meds are good but others aren't. and all meds need to be used appropriately. i, personally, don't like meds and will avoid using them whenever possible. as such, i firmly believe that meds should be kept to a bare-minimum.

I don't mean a physical punch, just a gentle hit, like a pat on the back.

One of my sisters is a student paramedic and my other sister is a paramedic and know medically what to do. I don't always have a black eye lol... had a black eye due to myself having a meltdown and I tend to hit my head, resulting in black eyes

Sadly I have physical disabilities as well as autism (maybe a possible link, doctors aren't sure). Due to this I have to take high doses of morphine, and drugs that help my body relax, and due to severe anxiety I need medication (when change happens, even going out)as my blood pressure goes up to 270/210.

I see my doctor every 6 weeks, and I always ask if I could cut down or stop taking this or that, sadly I need what I take.
