I don't mean a physical punch, just a gentle hit, like a pat on the back.
One of my sisters is a student paramedic and my other sister is a paramedic and know medically what to do. I don't always have a black eye lol... had a black eye due to myself having a meltdown and I tend to hit my head, resulting in black eyes
Sadly I have physical disabilities as well as autism (maybe a possible link, doctors aren't sure). Due to this I have to take high doses of morphine, and drugs that help my body relax, and due to severe anxiety I need medication (when change happens, even going out)as my blood pressure goes up to 270/210.
I see my doctor every 6 weeks, and I always ask if I could cut down or stop taking this or that, sadly I need what I take.
