Is there a correlation between the two? Some doctors believe I have PANDAS but the symptoms of this are also rather similar to Aspergers.
So what does that make me then? Both?

there can often be a significant overlap in symptoms of various disorders, however, the causative nature is quite distinct. this is quite probably true of AS and PANDAS/PANS.
