I know this may sound weird to say I am always under alot of stress most of the time getting through everyday is a good thing in my book anyway to the main question...... Due to the fact that our brains and I assume our internal body make up is different than NT's do you think us Aspies are not that prone to get sick internally from our stress or do you think it will hit us later?

It's really too soon to tell. The difference was only discovered 62 years ago and AS has only been a diagnosis since 1994, so there hasn't been enough time for studies that compare the effects of stress over a long period on Aspies vs the general population.
There are other factors that must be considered, as well. Whether they worked and at what can make a great difference in the stresses one must deal with. So can frustration and a perception of failure.
Unfortunately, that type of study is usually a statistical one - where they look back at people's lives and make comparisons after they are dead - so it's going to be a while.
