Aspergers Syndrome and brain functioning

Do any adults with Aspergers Syndrome have a problem where only one side of there brain functions properly. The left side of my brain just doesn't seem to function. It feels like there is a blockage and just very dull. I also cannot express emotions which is strange because I thought the right side of your brain controls emotions.
Would appreciate any answers. Thanks Tommy
