My cousin just arrived at the house with two of his friends and my social ineptness is fully on show! There was a music festival near my house but it's been raining heavily and as such they need a place to stay... ...so they're staying here. I'm feeling very anxious and I just don't know what to do. At the moment I've just left them upstairs in a free bedroom and I'm just going to wait until my mother arrives home. She's the most social person I know and will 'sort them out'.
But this is a problem. I just do'nt know what to do - How to be hospitable. I cannot do it.

problem solved

lol
If youre feeling anxious, you should really like have a coffee or maybe st johns wort tea...they really reduce anxiety...
But the best way to get rid of anxiety is to forget it exists. Its hard, but it can be done...just remember anxiety is all in your mind... its funny how something so intangible and fake can be so crippling.
Up and strummin guitarist.

A good point FriedPiper and as usual the whole event turned out to be okay. They are already gone now as it stands at 09:08 Sunday morning. My parents are dropping them to the train station. It was okay though - I even managed to talk to them.
