AS employment satisfaction study

Is any one interested in taking part in a preliminary study on AS and employment satisfaction? I know it sounds really boring, but I am hoping to shed some light on the importance and values of having AS employees. I think that every renaissance period is defined by a higher rate of AS people than usual and that the world benefits from AS becasue of the different perspective problem solving and invention that ya'll posess. My son is AS and he is 17...I want the best for this world and I think we need to put our head together and figure some things out.
I am a masters student in Industrial Organizational Psyuchology and haven't gotten an offical ok for the study yet. So right now I ma interested in finding people who would like ot participate.
