karate
tea-kwondo ( i love kicking)
kungfu (a lot ot learn a lot a lot)
but powertraining has improved my posture and my blance a lot (make weak side of body stronger =more balance)
sometimes still a littel slugish)
funny thing is what my kunfu teacher told me is that monks were interduced to yoga to get fit and from that came chi kung and from that came kungfu
(yoga does have a lot of things that are the same in chi-kung but the indian Martial Arts - Kalari Payattu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YmA46x7Xok
looks a lot like kungfu and is problebe the bases for kungfu in that time it was not advertised if you knew how to fight it was usualy forbidden)
