I don't have social anxiety, I have anxiety during the time in between social functions/interactions because I'm afraid if I don't "keep up" socially, I won't have any friends.
I feel that (for some reason), no one will want to associate with me and people will judge me if I don't spend a certain amount of time being social. I really hate it. I can't tell how realistic the fear is or not because I know social interaction is an important part of life.
Has anyone ever heard of this or experience this?
