Still not feeling well....

:( I'm still feeling like crap. I know I'm physically and emotionally drained, Finally getting to switch drs. Thank god. Life is still sucking as ever, so I try to find anything to bring up my spirits, the sun that's shining, not today though. It's rainy out. Well, I'm trying to keep track of the dates and days that go by, I'm hopeing everything will turn out okay. I'm lost.

It's everyday stress, that is messing with me. But, I know I will be fine. Plus, just to know it's hard to get out of bed during the day to get something accomplished is hard enough too. I'll make it, I know I will. Thanks for listening.

Have you ever tried affirmations written down to carry around with you?

Or what has helped me too when I've felt overwhelmed or stressed is that i'd write something negative on paper such as:

I'm anxious today, I don't feel good I hate this

To


It's ok to be a bit anxious, you know this will past, you will be ok.


It's amazing how well stuff like that helps with how you are feeling.

personally I find the best way to feel better and happier is puppies. There's a place where I live that the local pet shelter brings puppies to adopt and my girlfriend has been taking me there for a few weeks(I think she's dropping a hint), and if I've had a bad day, it always makes me feel better to see these adorable little puppies who are always happy and cheerful and full of love, and they want to give some to you.

I feel lost at times to and cannot control my anxiety, I have enrolled in yoga and it has been a life savor..
