going slow

Postby iamanxious » Mon Jul 14, 2008 4:44 am

hi everyone.I dont know about most disorders over there and i dont feel any adverse effects but i do have a little anxiety problem.I get very impatient while doing very small things.I feel pressurised when people expect me to do something but i tend to think that its because of my impatience. That i dont realise as much as i should that its a big process and its not expected of me tommorrow.
So i read somewhere that slowing myself down will help.so if i just try to do that.........will it cause some problems...?cause i also read that controlling your breathing can cause problems

Hi, iamanxious! Slowing down a bit helps me if I get anxious, and trying to take deep breaths helps too. Maybe you could try to figure out if there is anything that is stressing you constantly.
