I constantly feel/think I am dying?

Postby cosmosenthusiast » Thu Jan 01, 2015 2:06 am

I always have this tightness in my chest or in my stomach or a this really full airy like feeling in my chest and my heart is always racing and I'm always in tears because I think I'm dying or going to have a heart attack and I'm constantly waiting for a sharp pain that's just going to signify it and so sometimes I feel a dull pain and wonder if that's the start of it or if it's happening and I'm just not realizing it and I feel like I can't even have an hour without thinking I'm dying What if I am actually dying and this is not just anxiety? Does anyone else have this? Sometimes I also get sweaty and shake and feel like I'm going to vomit. I feel like I CANT BREATHE.

Sounds like classic panic attack. You should look for a psychiatrist who can prescribe you anti-anxiety medications, or offer you a better diagnosis.

kmmison,

This is an old thread and the OP is likely long gone. If you start your own thread in the forum, you're more likely to get some responses.
