whats happening?

I have anxiety but im not on meds or anything right now. [hopefully i will be soon] but when i get anxiety its like i go crazy. I get these demonic thougts and become a totally different person. Its like a switch being pulled. i start doing crazy things like putting tape on all the eyes of all the people on the posters on my wall, or writing suicidal or demonic messages on my mirror. its like im being taken over by some other force and i get this great sense of confidence like i can do whatever the hell i want and nobodys gonna stop me. Its like im outside of myself and everythings unreal. i become angry and start yelling obscene things at my parents hoping they'll hear me and just dare them to say something back. i feel a loss of control and i hate it! i hate that person i become because i know im hurting people when i say such things or write such things. whats wrong with me?

Anxiety symptoms are horrible.
It can take alot out of a person.
Especially when you do not have any coping methods when dealing with the anxiety.

Anxiety medications do help with the symptoms of anxiety, but it will not get rid of the anxiety all together.

The only way to do that really is to face whatever it is that is making you anxious.
