That's true Crys.
Ideally, your work should be your preferred play. (Something you're good at / have interest in.) The better you're at your chosen trade (play) the more appreciation (better pay) you get for your quality of work.

(trivia: Benvenuto Cellini racked up quite a handsome AsPD record of attempted murder, rape, assault, robbery etc. etc. under his belt, yet it's not what he's remembered for. He was pretty good at his work.)
