Yes, we alternate between quickie breakfasts and rich breakfasts on schooldays--2 slabs of texas toast smothered in pb&j and/or cereal, oversized muffins somedays, oatmeal other days, always with fruit&milk. We usually have pancakes, sausage, french toast or mcmuffiny things on the weekends. I'll usually give him meat sandwiches on texas toast, or meat&cheese with crackers for lunch, with a protein shake. Sometimes I get up early and make him steak or pork&potatoes with gravy and veggies for his school lunch. He eats a snack when he comes home from school and then a hearty supper with a big hunk of cake or w/e for dessert.
I'm thinking about throwing some eggs and cream in with his protein shakes, to thicken them up a little more, or maybe some protein powder for bodybuilders?
Actually, this is kinda stressing me. My idiot sister is screaming lies in front of our neighbours bc she's not right in the head. She claims she has a facebook page devoted to this nonsense. (I have to check on that soon.) Her most recent lie is something about the boy starving, which is complete&total bs. He eats 4-5x/day, probably over 3000 calories if I were to sit down and do the math.
