I like log cabins as well. Not so sure about treehouses though. Then again, this looks kinda cool:

I like the idea of a hobbit burrow. Sounds better for hiding. Easier to maintain a constant ambient temperature. And less stairs to walk-up when returning home with groceries. 
No diagnosis, lots of opinions, and a bunch of issues that I haven't quite figured out.
