The Reptilian Stare vs a regular stare?

I feel more inclined to believe that being "human" degrades me in thinking im just like any other person. In which i feel is not true. So, i suppose if i feel like typing with perfect grammar, than so be it. But if i choose to slack off, it makes no difference to me as long as my over all goal is achieved.

What do you see from someones eyes 'normally' when they look at you?
What is level of... light?... you 'recieve'?
a dim subtle ... flicker. If that.
compare it to.. being tapped gently on the shoulder by someone. or even less, someone brushing past you, Only 'mentally'.
Then imagine being hit square in the face by a train, (forgetting the fact that if was physical you'd be dead.) mentally by someones eyes.
