If people can see somthing in your eyes, you're not doing a very good job.

You're obviously not up to speed on the topic. The consensus is that they've been here thousands of years already.

And we're responsible for global warming.
"We all do no end of feeling, and we mistake it for thinking. And out of it we get an aggregation which we consider a boon. Its name is public opinion. It is held in reverence. Some think it the voice of God." -- Mark Twain

I think this describes it well enough.

I think the look in the eye may have something to do with their mood.

I don't think that Antisocial Personality Disorder has something to do with that - it is rather a sign of something other - it sounds more like blank stare to me but the specific one when the eyes are wide open and they may cause the feeling of sucking in the whole world though the person is just spacing out or thinking about something really deeply. It does soud like reptile like stare to me at least + it is not necessarily connected with the psychopathy - it is probably just a gossip wrongly connecting things to mental states - like the gossip which claim that psychopaths usually lick their lips in the way they want to keep them wet or moist - but in pretty much reptile style - this gossip was solidified by Joker in The Dark Knight - if you watch him closely you will see him using his tongue to wet his own lips...
Due to rapid changes of points of view of this user - his opinion described in post above cannot be used against him after appearance of this post - since his point of view have most likely changed.

I don't know if I understand what you mean by reptilian stare, well, anyway, I can not tell if someone knowing what someone is up to depending on the look on the person's face, is magical powers, or good observational skills.

Somehow, I would be really good at detecting when someone who I think may be sociopathic was up to no good, by the look in his eyes, suddenly his eyes would go all dilated and glossy, and he looked angry at the same time, and then it was hell for me! When I was younger I would think, I knew he up to no good, cause I had magical powers, now Idk if it was just me be being a good observer.

Well, anyway idk if what I described is what you have referred to as the reptilian stare.

I have seen the reptillian stare about 3 or 4 times over the course of 10 years.

It is more than a blank stare or 'eyeballing' someone. In my own experience, it is the moment that I realise that it has gone too far and he cannot be reached. Usually following this stare violence will take place. There is no reasoning, no consciousness, no humanity left.

First time I saw it I actually jumped, startled. The pupils dilate to the extent that the entire eye is completely black. There is nothing there in the eyes but this black, empty pit. I don't know how else to describe it.
