That’s a stretch in my opinion, if we go Freudian literally everything is related to the ego. Good head is an art form, and feels completely different than a pile of warm seaweed c’mon man. I think it’s more accurate to say that it is an ego related activity for you.

Yes, those examples are ego driven but I wouldn’t go as far as to say the act of getting a BJ is always an ego driven activity. It just feels good if she knows what she’s doing.
