Who said anything about being a mascot. I've been in moderator positions in the past, not here, but in other places, so I know how it all works.

You're just pissed at me because I didn't add your name to the list, and why would I. I wouldn't want you as a moderator here, or anyone else for that matter. This thread was never meant to be taken so seriously.

Do you really think any one of us actually stand a chance of being a moderator here, especially someone like me who has broken every rule here at one point or another?

I'll never be moderator here and I'm fine with that, and neither will you, so get over it.

A robust and reasonable entry into the forum.

The best moderators have overseen the forum lightly, and stepped in to do their job when it was necessary.

They did not post and participate as members.

I don't think that it works for a moderator in AsPD to be both a 'regular member' and post here, and also moderate the forum. Those who tried met some kind of bitter end - either being played by the members, or being abused in some way by certain members, or being doxed, or some such. All, without exception, that I can remember. Not saying that was fair; just, that it's factual and historical.

The best moderator is probably someone who has a schizoid personality - someone like WichitaLineman.

Reaper, you know you'd be a terrible mod for this forum. But nice volunteering to get the ball rolling

Is the forum currently unmoderated, or...?
