Nah factor 1 is supposed to be static but factor 2 is dynamic and behavioural and scores over that domain tend to decrease over time, partly due to perception of the rater and, like I said, the relevance of crimes with respect to time

Because the PCL-R is a risk assessment tool, it's used more than once in prison settings, when parol and other kinds of (conditional) release or sentencing are being considered.

More often it just enables the person to act this way.

That’s interesting when you think about it, if you label someone who has self control issues to begin with a psychopath and then tell them there is no effective way to treat the condition, what motivation would the person have to ever try. It would be much easier to just say fuk it, can’t change anyway so why bother

For me it says, "You're bad and we're good. You can't be good, but we will always be better / right." It doesn't make me want to be good or better, other than it makes sense to live life a certain way, but it does irritate the f*ck out of me when you see people who are supposed to be "better" living hypocritically and having no more moral code than I do.

It's a mechanism for others to feel better. "Everyone look down on the psycho and be glad you're better than that."

You're not above it; you're deluded.
I'm not arguing; I'm explaining why I'm right.

I personally don't see it that way. It's not a case of anyone judging psychopathy as bad or themselves as good/better, it's the simple fact that psychopathy is a serious condition and there are a lack of tools to treat it.

but it does irritate the f*ck out of me when you see people who are supposed to be "better" living hypocritically and having no more moral code than I do.

Why care?

Who gives a shlt about them. Their lives are insignificant anyway as far as I'm concerned.

I disagree. That speaks more about your own feelings of inferiority than it does about what anyone else thinks.
