Right now my inner voice is telling me I need sleep.
I don't think I have much of an inner voice. I don't really carry on conversations in my head. On the odd occasion I might think about a conversation that occurred earlier that day, but I don't tend to carry it on my head.
The only things I tend to think about is whatever I'm doing at the time, or like how tired I am at the moment.

I've always got a song in my head. Its like a radio station in there, playing songs of yesteryear.
Sometimes they overflow and come out of my mouth ...usually when I'm on my bike.

That would annoy me. I can barely stand to listen to music for more than hour. At some point it just turns into irritating noise.

^^The more Ritalin I take the quieter it goes...
It is annoying when I'm trying to sleep and I've got MacArthur Park playing on a loop.

"You should totally do this. It's a great idea."
Five minutes later:
"Well that was stoopid"

Yeah that as well.
Inner voice: that bridge is low enough to jump from...

Not much. Quoting somebody else, the silence is telling.
My inner thought tends to be image or impression rather than linguistic dialogue which is probably why I write like a spaz.

My inner voice is pretty much a comedian. I think it's a coping strategy to not face the reality of my life. Most of the time it's sarcastic. I've always had a rich inner dialogue probably due to the time I was locked up in a room.
Anyway things are slipping again and I pretty much give up now trying not to be like this. I'm just going to roll with it. Maybe no heroin.
