People at work have said I'm emotionless and a robot and have no empathy so I just excuse it by saying I have autism. beep boop

It’s 18 I thought I wa going to be either a hall of fame Running back in the NFL or a hall of fame pitcher in baseball. No way someone could convince me something was wrong with me. Let alone being a psychopath.

My immediate knee jerk reaction to that was "why" in a sympathetic tone.
However, my reaction only serves to benefit myself.
But then I realised you meant in general and not just for the moment.
I would say I'm quite a passionate person myself.

There's a lot of people who would think that I'm a monster and I agree with them. Despite that, I'm a caring person with empathy.

There are several things this could be. I wouldn't rush into labelling yourself with anything until you either see a professional (which you may not want to do, because a diagnosis can be detrimental to your future success) or take several years researching and introspecting.
From what you've described, you sound more schizoid or schizotypal. Especially the part about feeling apathetic and wanting to be alone. Of course, depression can cause these symptoms as well.
My advice to you is take some time getting to know yourself. Your brain isn't even done developing until age 25. Read up as much as you can on all the different disorders. Only after digesting all that information will you be able to make an informed decision on what you may or may not be.
