when i look at my "ugly features", which is only my nose to a mild degree, i tend to joke about it. maybe this is to combat shame by facing it head on? because i do feel like i feel both guilt and shame, just at far lesser degrees than most others based on our reactions and willingness to repeat said actions.

shame is weird because i have reactions to things like tripping and falling or peeing my pants but it's because my image has been ruined to a degree not because i feel like im a bad person is that shame?

cuz yall know how much i care about my image LEWL

Some of your posts give the impression that you feel quite a lot of shame, particularly about your weight.

The hate you talked about in regard to your weight on this thread: What o you HATE? Also - how to have even stronger hate? is a product of shame.

And that would mean I'm probably rather narcissistic person than antisocial/psychopath and my antisocial traits are just secondary. Good to know it better.
