EXACTLY!

People are ugly, you just need to know what ugliness you are working with to appropriately proceed.

1) Beyond looking for obvious things like passivity, generosity or savior complexes in people you use and manipulate, what other traits, behaviours and mindsets do you find advantageous?

People who are broken psychologically; it's much easier to find a handle.

2) What do think of people who don't believe you're antisocial and that you just need love and healing and to be trusted etc?

They fall into the category above.
I'm not arguing; I'm explaining why I'm right.

But I come from a place where people dislike smalltalk and if someone happens to ask how are you? They reply with what a horrible day they're having. So to me, ideally, it's all just very straighforward. I've lost a job opportunity because I initially declined any possible tasks in sales. I just find the whole atmosphere fake and draining.
So I don't have to appease and pretty much lie to people to get my job done. On a daily basis I'll expect people not trying to make an impression and I'm not looking to make them either.

Sometimes people really get along and sometimes they don't. But if it's about work they just have to get along and make it happen with their best ability.

You'd really have to be a mind reader to pull all that from my fumbling text. Wrong.

I am not what I think others think I am, and all I can do is be who I really am.

The primary defining trait for a prey item is whether it will taste good when I eat it.

Metaphorically speaking.
