I was always told / am under the impression that some of the key criteria for ASPD more or less exclude the possibility of autism, at least to the point where the autism would be actually diagnosed as autism (It hinders their ability to function in one way or another). Meaning someone diagnosed with ASPD could well have many autistic traits, but still wouldn't qualify for the official diagnosis. The main one being autistic individuals cannot read/understand emotions in other people, nor can they understand facial expressions or social cues. To me, without those abilities, someone could not have ASPD, as manipulation is a core criteria for the disorder. I'm sure almost every human alive is @ least partly on the autism spectrum in one way or another, people with ASPD would be no different.

Results;
Your score was 24 out of a possible 50.

Scores in the 0-25 range indicate little or no Autistic traits.

I have traits of, but have never fully qualified for the disorder, b/c I've always been adept @ reading facial expressions and body language. + I can express how I feel inside without issue, something else autistic individuals struggle with.

I find myself exceptional at reading people. And i have a high EQ. My 32/50 mostly came from the questions asking about liking numbers and preferring to do things alone.
