When these conversations come up, and I'm not doing it again past this post (there are hundreds of examples where this happens with you, the conversation you're discussing above about eight was, I believe, started over this), you turn into the comedy bike, which various people ride around the forum as you completely fail to accept or understand the simplest of ideas if they have a potential to contradict your own self-belief.

Look at crystal as a fine example, some of the crap she comes out with.

Crystal is f*cked up but she knows it, understands her weaknesses and finds ways to deal with the behaviour, even if that means coming here and acting like a twat.

And you've got knoxious whose stories don't even add up.

I have no real opinion over this; I go on posts people write, I have no interest in whether they're true or not.

And dulcet (though she has a PD) who's dumb as a rock, yet thinks she's a genius, lol.

I agree, she is thick as sh1t and seems to be a fairly ineffective parent, but so are a large percentage of the population. She still appears to understand herself, to the point that she has a relationship which she seems able to maintain.

Yet, out of all those people you could have chosen you chose me. At least I'm consistent and honest, which is more than can be said for most here.

No one ever said you weren't, but that's the issue. You want to be the way you are, you will never change. Personally, I believe that you're afraid to change because of what that might entail, but you self-sabotage constantly.

You're the least likely person on this forum, in my opinion, to ever improve and that makes you, in my eyes, the most disordered.

I don't even feel disordered.

Actually, what has happened over time is this:

She did have a 'fondness' for you, to the extent that she tried to offer some pretty good advice at times. Although some of it was a repetition of what others had said, she tried to re-word it so that it would be less antagonistic to you.

Then, when she realised that you had no chance of understanding or acting on the good advice, she became frustrated and this came across as condescending.

Next (and I think this is the key incident), you raised a point that you'd spoken to Five about stuff that she had no real knowledge of and this caused her some problems.

Guaranteed, she would have had conversations with Five over this offline and I think it caused her some concern. She disappeared for a while and, when she came back she still hadn't let it go, so I think it affected her (them) more profoundly than many people realise.

The fact that Five came on to back her up, when he'd not been here for some time, further supported my suspicions, which were further backed up when her behaviour towards you became hostile.

Before this she felt a level of concern, possibly sympathy, for you but after the Five incident, you became an enemy.

I'm no fuking comedy bike. That's only your perception of me anyway, so who gives a shlt. You claiming to be a successful, pro-social psychopath. That's where the real comedy is.

My self-image is based on experience, what I know to be true about myself and what others (who actually know me in real life) have also said to be true about me. When something contradicts that, of course I'm going to deny it because it contradicts reality.
