Probably out of it he will get the charges for the ponzi scheme dropped or something.
He did talk about not minding being called the bad guy in the beginning and doing things that complimented that image but he also said that he's not sure he enjoys it anymore. Another thing I found odd is in the HoR the closing statement was a plea for Shkrelli to use his platform and take a stand against the bad practices and go down in history as a hero rather than a villain. If he is a narcissist, I wonder how he'd react to that.
