Is the perfect parter what you want or is it what you need and is the intersection between the two enough?

There is no difference really. Obviously it would be ideal if someone somehow fitted every check point perfectly but that is relatively unrealistic. Minimum is to have a career and be able to look after themselves which includes hygiene and be around the same intelligence level +.

There is nothing worse than being close to someone and having to smell oily or dirty hair and other body odour issues. That's seriously off putting. Why would anyone want to be a unit with someone if they can't even take care of themselves?

Most relationships start off with a honeymoon phase of everything being new and interesting and exciting. That always ends. I've used distance in the past to try and sustain it but it never lasts. Ultimately you are going to want to be with someone you can be comfortable with in the long term from both sides.
Sexual Objectification.

I suppose what I'd like is someone who I can have a good laugh with and have great sex with and have a good fight with.

I suppose female or male would do but if they was male they would have to be TV.

I think I would like someone who is more like a friend that we can hang out, goof around talk shlt just have fun, has to accept me for who I am and not want to change me into something I will never be. Down to earth and cool, someone who wouldn’t mind hanging out with the guys playing cards, smoking a cigar and fit right in. Someone who is loyal, I can’t be with someone who isn’t. Good looking, not emotionally needy, and capable of supporting herself financially. That’s pretty much it!

I love sex with no commitment me but most people want commitment and the whole love thing.

It's just not me...if I ever find myself falling I run away in the opposite direction.

I see couples when I'm in town and they just look so bored and weighed down by each other and it just puts me right off relationships.

I’ve managed to destroy every relationship I’ve been in like this. I think I want to be free, but I don’t want her to see anyone else because that bothers me. I get abit possessive

My one and only long term relationship wasn't too bad really.

We didn't even love each other but we just got on really well. I used to cheat on him all the time with both men and women but I'm an obsessive by nature so i was possessive over him when it came to other women but I used to let him go with other men but that was more for my pleasure.

The relationship would have been perfect but it just went on for too long and I'm very abusive so I wouldn't want anything long term again.

My problem with long term relationships is they always want to move to the next step, get married, buy a house, have kids etc. I’m over here like I like it how it is now. We hang out, go out have fun have sex but you live in your own place. Lol. Never happy these ladies I’m telling you
