I'm not really 'addicted' to anything. But if I had to choose something, it would be stimulation and control. I have to be in control of everything/everyone in order to keep myself controlled. Uh... stimulation. I get bored really quickly and have to be up doing something (unless I am content otherwise I will play video games which suits me fine).

For me it's Skies of Arcadia, I get an irresistible urge to play through it about once a year and that's been the case since I was about 13, it's amazing. I actually finished my best ever run a few days ago, perhaps you can understand the hubris that I feel.

Other than that I smoke mad weed and I agree with Ashc, you can become complacent with it and it just becomes the norm but that's fairly easy to avoid if you've got a high level of self awareness.
