The master scammer and sadist Mother Teresa.
She took enormous amounts of donations from people who wanted to help the poor, but most of that went to the church. And in her "hospitals" she refused to buy/give the dying people treatment and medication because apparently the greater the pain the closer you will come to God, so the patients pretty much just came there to die in agony.
She received a Nobel price for this. :P

Reminds me of "The Wisdom of Psychopaths: What Saints, Spies, and Serial Killers Can Teach Us About Success"
Author mentions her in the book.
Unless some sweetness at the bottom lie,
Who cares for all the crinkling of the pie?

What you neglected to mention is that she paved the way to survival for the undying poor with that money.
You gotta be utilitarian/autocratic like that if you mean business.
(I know she's been given a bad rap by the touchy-feely 'associates'.)

I said that most of the money went to the church, not all. She gave the poor the bare minimum so that she could keep asking for donations to provide the church with. She was clever like that. :P

Money that people donated to help the poor went to her selfish means, not just some, but the most of it. She was a thief, and had a kinder person been the one in her position then the poor people would have survived and had it a lot better, as opposed to dying a week later than planned which was what Teresa offered them. :P

Nowhere near in the same league. You can opt in or out of that one's repercussions at your personal will.

OMFG... so... you are going to tell me that Cattle Farmers sell beef and inflate the prices to suit their own means?

Everyone is a fraud if you want to look at it like that. Slap a designer label on some sweatshop labor... viola!

Money that people donated to help the poor went to her selfish means, not just some, but the most of it.

You've never taken the time to read a non-biased report which states what percentage of every dollar goes to actual charities. There is like one red cross organization which actually crosses the 70% or so mark... I read an article and did some research over a year ago... so my memory might be off ever so slightly... however, I'm confident I've got that right...

Now after you slap a designer label on a stock part, what percentage do you think goes to the people slapping the label on the actual product, and driving to wherever the shelf is?

If you have a friend you want to give some money and I offer to go with the money to him for you. Would you call me a saint if he got 20 bucks when you had given me a 100? :P

You forget that I live in Sweden. 14% disappears from your donations to the red cross here.
And that's a fair number. :P

No... I'd wouldn't call you a saint if 50% of your taxes went to an inflated unionized bloated industry... or if you donated to charity yourself...

If I saw you work a soup kitchen in your spare time... sure... so tell me... did the lady work a soup kitchen or are you looking at the books only...

Anyways... that red cross organization in the report, had workers in the field, and the other organizations had people behind desks, so who knows, for sure...

And that's a fair number. :P

Yeah, probably better than military expenditures in some other countries, eh?

Anyways you are so full of sh!t...

14% to a single business?

Totally out to lunch and disconnected from reality.

Go and fork over your money to some beggar on the street for a change, or buy them lunch, bottom line.

Let me guess Koala, you earn six figures and fly around the world, to tell everyone how life really is...

14% to a single business... +1,000 posts in this insane asylum...

If you have a friend you want to give some money and I offer to go with the money to him for you. Would you call me a saint if he got 20 bucks when you had given me a 100? :P

I'd call you a saint if you gave out a loan like a shark to small business, rather than pissing it away blindly to s single business.

http://www.damninteresting.com/retired/ ... red-cross/

Despite landing in trouble for soliciting more donations than they need and squirreling the rest away, the Red Cross continues to operate this way. The organization makes a total of about $3 billion annually, about half of which is from selling donated blood. Some of this surplus money ends up in disaster relief, but it seems that much does not. Last year alone, the Red Cross spent $111 million in fund raising, and their CEO Marsha Evans made just under $652,000. It seems the the main value they offer is the free help of their volunteer force.

Koala... I said one of the Red Crosses made it over the 70% mark... there are many red crosses... many different branches...

You know about the Kony guy right? Naked in the streets pounding like mad...

He had workers in the field in africa setting up toilets or schools or radio networks or something...

Who fk cares if 80 percent goes in his pockets and his staff pockets...

Me personally, I've tried begging on the street for change... let me tell you, if you are not a total cripple or a young lady, you won't get a dime... me, I'll fork over money to whoever I want... I don't care if they spend it on heroin... that's their life... not yours.

No mother Teresa... Are you going to tell me she had no hook ups with the Church...

You aren't speaking anything that makes any sense at all... I'll bet you she had one of the biggest budgets you've ever seen... frugality does not equal saint hood.

Totally reminds me swaggart and his fall by the media hands for paying a prostitute.

So... who replaced jimmies star power? That costs the poor... fk media morons...

So take your swiss socialist welfare state, and drop the xenophobia...

http://world.time.com/2013/05/01/bachma ... itzerland/

As Europe Reels, Switzerland Builds New Barriers Against Immigrants

Last week, Switzerland's Federal Council announced it would introduce quotas on long-term residence permits to make immigration “more acceptable to society and compatible with its needs"

I don't need to read the article, the media is beating the piss out you guys... no more swiss chocolates and watches... 6 figures... 14% to a single business... fk... so angry...

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't think that other thread was the proper thread for discussing your vagina. Maybe you should give it its own designated thread? Or if you must show off your genitals, you can submit photos to the large labia project and say you’re a body image crusader.

As for historical psychopaths, I could pull some suggestions off the web but as I don't know any of the nominees first-hand, I'd just be relying on what other people have said/written about them. I'm also doubtful that historical sadists were necessarily psychopaths as I suspect you can be one without being the other. (And it’s easier to find the sadists by looking for the trail of dead and tortured left in their wake.)

Oh and when you're in the gutter, there's less distance to fall.
No diagnosis, lots of opinions, and a bunch of issues that I haven't quite figured out.
