Tales of F***ed Up Therapists

Anybody have any stories of therapists who are totally screwed up? I have experienced two of them in my city. One of them was a crazy American woman, obviously needy, who broke the cardinal rule of no physical contact (she hugged her clients). Complete fruitcake she was....and another one - and ex-friend of mine - to cut a long story short, our friendship ended with me having to call Social Services and stop her from adopting children because frankly she wasn't on this planet.

What really pees me off is that 1. these guys are still practising, and 2. They both earn loads of money from it!

Not so far, mind you i've only had one psychiarist for the past 10 yrs, and she has done nothing that was negative towards me, or screwed me over in any way...




I'm sure some of the members posting in this forum will have something to say though...

Sorry you got screwed by your dctor, that's terrible.

I've never gotten a hug from my Pdoc, likely never will, nor would I want one...

There are some odd ball doctors out there, but there are some fantastic ones as well.. just like there are weird teachers, good teachers, weird police officers, fantastic officers... just a part of life.
