Whats the safest place to move?

Im looking to avoid countrys that allow treatments withought consent. Im looking for at a second choice somewhere that is too poor to treat people. Im moving somewhere within a few months and I prefer to avoid thirdworld countrys if possible. I want to avoid any chemicals or alterations to my body.

Unfortunately most countries in which the population is predominately anglophones are countries in which involuntary admission is legal. However, there are some where forced treatment is not (i.e. Ontario, Canada).

does this include life saveing surgeries if conscious? Becouase I want to avoid not having the right to say no when i make a descion for myself.

As far as I know you're allowed to refuse medical treatment so long as you are conscious and not committed under the mental health act in areas where forced treatment is allowed.

Why do you ask? Are you being coerced into having a life saving surgery? Or do you want to be able to kill yourself in an area where it would be legally impossible for authorities to pull a deus ex machina?

If you're thinking about committing suicide or choosing a passive death by neglecting necessary medical treatment then I think you're making a poor choice. I don't know anything about you but even as a stranger I really don't want you, anonymous person I know nothing about, to hurt yourself or die.

I need to move anyways, Im looking for a place where law and a civil system exsists, But this is a lesser issue. Im suffering more since they had me take all these strange pills. I Cant stay focused long enuf to find a country where torturers arent immune from the law. So avioding place where they can force people to take chemicals is where I want to go. Its also agenst my religuis/spiritual beliefs to take these chemicals.

Move to a farmland far away from everyone so they can't reach you and buy a good guard dog and just place it in your yard where there is an entrance, a few in necessary. No one will touch you. Buy like one of those exapansive giant ones and raise it as a puppy. People are terrified of animals.
