I'm a native french speaker so sorry for my grammaticals mystakes in the message...
It's impossible to treat psychopathia : it's incurable except in the case of wilson disease (intoxication with copper treated with zinc). Every medication has several dangerous sides effects almost 50 in each medecine like tachicardia, high blood pressure, increase risk of diabetes... If we think a little our difference with "normal" subjects are excess or deficiency of a natural substance like an amino acid for example. But nothing can treat psychopathia, and it's a shame to go in the jail or in a psychiatric hospital for it. It's a shame to put in a jail a mental ill and in a hospital someone incurable. The solution, if the person is dangerous for others it's to put him in a very big open surface with friendly cops to avoid problems between them... A psychiatrist and a judge have to decide in concertation the time of the exit of this friendly open institutions. It's evident than an advocate is necessary. Sorry for my mystakes
